Los Ochentas y Noventas

Los Ochentas y Noventas is a Mexican music station that plays Spanish-language pop and ballads from the 1980s and 1990s. It is one of the digital stations of Grupo ACIR that are distributed through the iHeart platform, and it is aimed at listeners who want the hits they grew up with rather than current chart music.

The station is linked to Grupo ACIR, a Mexican radio group based in Mexico City, and it is listed on iHeart under its own brand. The programming is in Spanish and is built around the decades named in the title, so you can expect well-known pop and romantic songs from those years, presented as a continuous music stream. Detailed schedules, presenters and playlists are not published on the station page.

The stream is delivered as low-bitrate AAC+ at about 48 kbps, mono, which keeps it light on data and suitable for mobile connections. Audio quality is therefore modest, but the stream is stable and starts quickly. It is a good fit for background listening at home or at work, and for anyone looking for nostalgic Spanish-language pop from Mexico.
