ON Radio Classic Rock

ON Radio's Classic Rock channel plays rock favourites from the 70s, 80s and 90s. It is one of a family of decade and genre streams from the German web radio network, and it is dedicated to the guitar-driven songs that fill the classic rock canon, including stadium anthems, blues-based hard rock, progressive epics, power ballads and the big names of the era alongside well-loved album tracks. The mood is energetic and nostalgic, perfect for driving, working in the workshop, barbecues and weekend sessions.

ON Radio is an internet-only operator, which means its channels can be heard anywhere in the world and run around the clock with very little talk. The occasional announcements are in German, although the music is international and mostly in English. A dedicated classic rock channel saves listeners the effort of assembling playlists and offers the pleasure of surprise as familiar songs come around. The stream is delivered as MP3 at 128 kbps, which gives a good balance between sound quality and data use on both desktop and mobile devices. It plays in your browser on RadioKite without any installation, and you can add it to your favourites so that your next dose of riffs and solos is always a tap away.
