Terms of use
The short version: RadioKite is free to use, the stations belong to their broadcasters, and you're responsible for what you add.

Using RadioKite
RadioKite is a free player for live radio stations from around the world. You can listen without an account. We link to and relay streams run by other people, so we don't control them and can't promise any station is online or stays in the directory.
Your account
You sign in with a code we email you. Keep your inbox secure: whoever can read the code can use your account. You're responsible for what happens under it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Stations and artwork you add
Stations you add are private to your account. Only add streams you're allowed to listen to and images you have the right to use. Don't add anything unlawful, abusive or misleading. We host the artwork you upload (scaled down) but never the audio, and we can remove any station or image if we need to.
Fair use
Don't attack, overload or scrape the service, get around its limits, or use it to relay content that isn't a radio stream.
No guarantees
RadioKite is provided as it is. We do our best, but the service and the streams come with no warranty, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for losses from using them.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. By continuing to use RadioKite you accept the current version. Questions: hello@radiokite.com.
