Studio 92 Lima

Studio 92 is a Lima station on 92.5 FM playing pop, electro pop, K-pop, hip hop and Latin urban music, with news about artists, TV, series and film. The programme is aimed at a young audience that follows trends in music and entertainment, so the playlist reflects what is popular in social media and streaming, from reggaeton and trap to international pop and Korean pop. Presenters speak Spanish in an energetic style and discuss celebrities, releases and viral topics.

Lima has a large and competitive radio market, and Studio 92 is among the stations that focus on contemporary youth culture. The online stream allows Peruvians abroad to stay close to the sound of the capital, and it is also an interesting listen for students of Spanish who want to hear the vocabulary of popular culture. As a commercial service, it carries advertising and promotional announcements between songs and programmes. The stream is delivered as AAC at 192 kbps, a high bitrate that gives a clear, rich sound, particularly good for beat-driven music on headphones or speakers. It plays in your browser on RadioKite without installing any software, and you can add it to your favourites so that you always have a quick way to reach it.
