Nova News

Nova News is a Bulgarian news station connected to the Nova News channel of Nova Broadcasting Group. This stream carries the audio of the news programming in Bulgarian, aimed at listeners who want current affairs from Bulgaria and abroad.

Nova News launched as a television news channel on 4 January 2021. Nova Broadcasting Group is Bulgaria's largest private media company and has belonged to United Group since January 2021. The station's homepage is part of the nova.bg news site. Detailed programme schedules for the audio stream are not published on the pages consulted, so the exact line-up cannot be listed here.

Expect spoken-word content in Bulgarian, mainly news bulletins and discussion programmes rather than music. The stream is delivered as low-bitrate AAC at about 48 kbps, which suits mobile connections and keeps data use low, though it is not intended for music listening. As a commercial media brand, its editorial line follows that of the Nova group's news operation, and listeners can find the matching television coverage and written articles on the same website.
