Radio Veronika

Radio Veronika is a Bulgarian station playing pop-folk and ethno music. The programme features the popular chalga style, with Balkan rhythms and emotional vocals, presented in Bulgarian. The mood is festive and sing-along. The stream runs around the clock, so there is always something to hear whatever the hour. Because it is delivered over the internet, it is not tied to a single frequency or country, and it can be heard wherever you have a connection. A station like this works well as an all-day background, and it is easy to leave running at home, in the shop or at the office.

Bulgaria has a lively pop-folk scene. As a commercial service it carries advertising. The stream is delivered as AAC at 128 kbps, a modern codec that provides a clear and clean sound at a moderate bitrate and works in most current browsers and on phones. It plays in your browser on RadioKite without installation, and you can add it to your favourites.
