LBC London

LBC London is the London-focused stream of LBC, the UK's talk and news radio station. It carries phone-in shows, interviews, debates and rolling news, with presenters taking calls from listeners on the political and social issues of the day.

LBC is owned by Global, the media group that also runs Capital, Heart and Classic FM. The station broadcasts in English from London and is aimed at a general adult audience across the capital and, through digital platforms, across the UK. Its output is built around personality-led talk programmes, so expect opinionated discussion, news bulletins and live reaction to current events rather than music.

Listeners who enjoy argument, call-in debate and conversation about what is happening in the news will find the most to enjoy here. The station identifies itself on the stream as LBC London with the genre Talk, and the programme schedule is published on the official LBC website.

This stream is delivered as a low-bitrate 48 kbps mono MP3, which keeps data use small on mobile connections while keeping speech clear.
