EsRadio Galicia

EsRadio Galicia is the Galician edition of EsRadio, a Spanish talk station, with news and debates presented in Spanish. The stream runs around the clock, so there is always something to hear whatever the hour. Because it is delivered over the internet, it is not tied to a single frequency or country, and it can be heard wherever you have a connection. A station like this works well as an all-day background, and it is easy to leave running at home, in the shop or at the office.

Spain has a lively talk radio scene. EsRadio is tied to the digital newspaper Libertad Digital and has a liberal-conservative editorial line, so listeners wanting balance may compare it with other sources. As a commercial service it carries advertising. The stream is delivered as MP3 at 56 kbps, a low bitrate that keeps data use small and is adequate for casual listening, though the sound is less detailed than on higher-bitrate streams. It plays in your browser on RadioKite without installation, and you can add it to your favourites.
