Iran International Radio

Iran International Radio carries the audio of the London-based Persian-language news channel Iran International, which started broadcasting in 2017. The programme consists of news bulletins, live coverage, political discussion, interviews and analysis about Iran and the wider world, presented in Persian for audiences inside the country and among the diaspora. It is largely a speech stream, with presenters, correspondents and guests, and it makes it possible to follow the channel without watching the video.

Audio-only access is helpful for people on slow or expensive connections, for listening while driving or working, and for those who simply prefer radio. As a news network operating outside the country it covers, Iran International has its own editorial perspective, and listeners who want a balanced picture are advised to compare it with other Persian-language and international sources. The stream is a live feed without a fixed bitrate announced by the broadcaster, and it plays directly in your browser on RadioKite with no installation required. If you follow Iranian news regularly, you can add the station to your favourites for quick access on any device where you are signed in.
