Radio Mojdeh

Radio Mojdeh is a Persian-language Christian radio station with music and talk for Farsi speakers. The name means good news in Persian, and the programmes reflect it, with Christian teaching, Bible readings, testimonies, prayer, discussion and worship songs in Farsi, along with other Persian-language music that fits the station's message. It is aimed at listeners in Iran and in the Iranian diaspora, including those who may not have access to churches or Christian materials in their own language.

Religious broadcasting in Persian is a small but active field, and online streams make it possible to reach people wherever they are, from Tehran to Los Angeles. The station's content is explicitly faith-based and intended for listeners who want spiritual programming, so it differs from general entertainment radio. Spoken Persian dominates, which also makes it a useful listening resource for those learning the language, although the subject matter is specific. The stream is delivered as MP3 at 128 kbps, which gives clear speech and music and works on most devices and connections. It plays in your browser on RadioKite, and you can add it to your favourites.
