Flash Radio

Flash Radio is an online radio station based in Spain that focuses on promoting independent artists. Its website says it features music from genres such as pop, rock, jazz, R&B and folk, so the playlist is varied rather than tied to one style.

The site offers live broadcasts, on-demand listening, song requests and a music blog. The owner is not named on the website, which credits a company called Soluciones Creativas only for building the site. The pages are mainly in English with some Spanish elements, so the station appears to address an international audience of listeners and emerging musicians rather than only Spanish speakers.

Expect a mix of lesser-known acts alongside new releases, with the emphasis on discovery rather than chart hits. The stream is delivered as AAC audio at roughly 128 kbps in stereo and can be played from the station's website at flashradio.es or in this player. Listeners can contact the station by email through the address published on its site.
