NRK P1 Troms

NRK P1 Troms is the regional edition of NRK P1, the main general-interest radio channel of the Norwegian public broadcaster NRK, serving Troms in northern Norway. The stream carries P1's mainstream mix of news, current affairs, regional reporting, talk programmes and popular music.

NRK is Norway's licence-fee-funded public service broadcaster, and P1 is its widest-reaching channel, with regional opt-outs for local news and weather. Programming is in Norwegian, and the audience is general, spanning all ages and interests. Regional editions such as this one give listeners in the north local stories, weather and traffic alongside shared national programmes.

Expect regular news bulletins, conversation and phone-in style programmes, cultural features and a broad selection of music. This stream is the high-quality AAC+ feed, delivered over HTTPS at roughly 150 kbps in stereo at 48 kHz, which works well in modern browsers, phones and internet radio apps. Programme schedules and further information are published on NRK's radio website.
