P8 Pop

P8 Pop is a Norwegian national commercial radio channel playing pop hits from the 1980s and 1990s together with other classic hits. It is built for listeners who want familiar, nostalgic pop songs rather than the newest releases, and it mixes in short presenter links in Norwegian.

The channel belongs to the P4 group, one of the two big commercial radio operators in Norway, which also operates P4, P5 Hits, P6 Rock, P10 Country and other channels. It is distributed via DAB+ and online, and the official site is p8pop.no.

Expect feel-good chart music from the eighties and nineties, sing-along favourites and a light, friendly tone. This stream carries the channel as a 128 kbps stereo MP3 feed at 44.1 kHz. The detailed schedule, show names and presenters are published by the station itself and can change, so please consult the official website for current programming details and the latest news from the channel.
