Cuba80s

Cuba80s, also presented on its website as Radio 80s para Cuba, is an online radio station that plays music from the 1980s around the clock. Its tagline describes it as a 24/7 stream of 80s music, and the programme is built around the pop, rock and dance sounds of that decade.

The station's website, cuba80s.com, is written in Spanish and addresses listeners in Cuba, so Spanish is the language of the site and of any station announcements. The owner and the exact location of the operators are not published on the site, and the stream is hosted on a commercial streaming provider with a US-based listing. Details about presenters or a programme schedule are not given either.

The stream is a 192 kbps stereo MP3. Expect a continuous nostalgic music flow with little talk, suited to listeners who want the hits and favourites of the eighties. Note that the stream server's security certificate was found expired during the most recent check, so playback may fail in some browsers or players until it is renewed.
