Remix & Partybreaks

Remix & Partybreaks is a German channel of DJ mixes and remixes covering house, EDM, hip hop, R&B, techno, tech house, Latin and top 40 charts. The programme is built as a continuous DJ mixtape, with party breaks, mashups and edits that connect different styles in an energetic flow. The mood is festive and club-like, aimed at listeners who want a high-energy soundtrack for parties, exercise or driving.

Germany has one of the largest radio markets in Europe, with the regional public broadcasters of the ARD network, the national Deutschlandradio services and a wide range of private stations and web channels, and German-language radio is a rich source of listening practice for learners and a link with home for Germans abroad. The channel belongs to a family of German DJ-oriented web radios, with almost no talk. Announcements are in German, but the music is international. The stream is delivered as MP3 at 192 kbps, a generous bitrate that gives speech and music a clear and full sound on most devices. It plays in your browser on RadioKite without installation, and you can add it to your favourites.
