CCTV奥林匹克伴音

CCTV Olympic Channel Audio (CCTV奥林匹克伴音) is the audio feed of CCTV-16, the Olympic Channel run by China Central Television. It carries the sound of the channel's sports programming: live competitions, replays of classic events, highlights and Olympic-themed features, all in Mandarin Chinese.

CCTV-16 launched on 25 October 2021 as a Chinese-language, localised counterpart of the international Olympic Channel and is distributed nationwide by the state broadcaster CCTV. Because this stream is only the audio track of a television channel, it suits listening to commentary and event coverage but does not include pictures, and what you hear follows the TV schedule, so it can change from live sport to recorded programmes during the day.

The stream is delivered as HLS with AAC audio at roughly 130 kbps in stereo. Detailed programme information is published by CCTV and the Olympic Channel China website, which is the station's listed homepage. The audio is meant for listeners who want the sound of the broadcast without the video.
