CCTV-8电视剧伴音

CCTV-8 is the television drama channel of China Central Television (CCTV), the state broadcaster of the People's Republic of China. This stream carries the audio track of that channel, labelled as the drama accompaniment (伴音), so it plays the sound of the television series and related programmes shown on CCTV-8 rather than a purpose-made radio programme.

The audio is in Mandarin Chinese, which is the main language of the channel's content. Since it is the soundtrack of a television broadcast, there is no presenter-led radio format and no music schedule; what you hear depends on the series being broadcast at the time, and dialogue-driven drama is typical.

The feed is delivered as an HLS (m3u8) stream with AAC audio at roughly 128 kbps, stereo, 48 kHz, from CCTV's content delivery network. It was verified as playing audio at the time of this review. Detailed programme listings are published on the CCTV website.
