Classic 21 Metal

Classic 21 Metal is a web-only metal radio channel from RTBF, the French-language public broadcaster of Belgium. It is an online companion to the Classic 21 radio brand and plays metal and hard rock non-stop, with a focus on classic heavy music.

Classic 21 itself is a Belgian public radio network based in Mons, known for rock and music of the 1960s to 1990s for French-speaking listeners. The Metal stream is offered only online and has no FM broadcast. Details about its presenters and exact playlist are not published in the sources consulted, so the mix is best described as a continuous stream of metal tracks without much talk.

The station is listed by RTBF among its webradios. The stream is a 128 kbps MP3 delivered over HTTPS and works in any standard web player. Expect guitar-driven music, from heavy metal and hard rock staples to harder-edged tracks, in an automated, mostly music-only format.
