CCTV-17 农业农村

CCTV-17 农业农村 is an audio feed associated with CCTV-17 (Agriculture and Rural Channel), one of the television channels of China Central Television (CCTV), the national public broadcaster of the People's Republic of China. The channel's focus is agriculture, rural life and countryside affairs. This stream carries the accompanying sound of the channel as a radio-style audio stream.

CCTV is state-owned and based in Beijing, and its programming is in Mandarin Chinese. The station is aimed at farmers, rural communities and anyone interested in agriculture. Because the feed is the audio track of a television channel, it can include programme announcements, spoken segments and music that only make full sense alongside the pictures, and there is no separate radio schedule published for it.

The stream is delivered over HTTPS as HLS (HTTP Live Streaming) with AAC audio at roughly 128 kbit/s, stereo, 48 kHz. Details such as the exact programme lineup are not published with the stream, so listeners should consult the CCTV website for television schedules.
