Radio Regenbogen Flashback

Radio Regenbogen Flashback is a retro web channel from the German commercial broadcaster Radio Regenbogen, which is based in Mannheim. It plays pop and dance hits from the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s, with the 90s as a core part of the mix, including Eurodance, pop, hip hop, R&B and German-language hits.

The channel is one of several online-only offshoots of the main Radio Regenbogen program, which serves Baden-Wuerttemberg. The presentation and the music are in German, and the channel is aimed at listeners who want a nostalgic, hit-focused sound without much talk. Radio Regenbogen lists a web contact address for its webradio channels on its official site, regenbogen.de.

Expect a continuous stream of familiar chart songs from three decades, the kind of music that many listeners grew up with and that suits work, travel or a throwback evening. The stream is delivered as MP3 at 128 kbps, stereo at 44.1 kHz, and it is available through the Radio Regenbogen website and apps as well as in this player.
