Flashback Oldie FM

Flashback Oldie FM is an online oldies station that plays music from the 1960s and 1970s. Its programme leans on well-known hits, but also includes forgotten singles and one-hit wonders that rarely get airtime elsewhere.

The station is listed with an address in Gotha, Germany, and is distributed through the laut.fm platform for independent web radio. Detailed information about its owner or presenters is not published in the sources reviewed, so only the basics can be stated here. The stream announces itself as Oldies in its metadata.

Listeners can expect a relaxed, nostalgic mix of classic pop, rock and soul from the sixties and seventies, with the focus on the songs rather than on talk. The stream is delivered as stereo MP3 at 128 kbps, which plays in practically any browser, phone or smart speaker, making it an easy companion for the background of a day at home or at work. If you enjoy discovering lesser-known singles from the golden age of the hit parade next to the familiar classics, this channel is a good place to tune in.
