Radio Nepal

Radio Nepal is the national public radio broadcaster of Nepal, operating under the Radio Broadcasting Service of Public Service Broadcasting Nepal. It provides national programming in Nepali for listeners across the country and abroad, with news and public service content at its core.

The official website, radionepal.gov.np, is published in Nepali with an English version. It mentions a national broadcast heard across all seven provinces, a network of FM relay stations with a coverage map, mobile apps for Android and iOS, and a live news portal. Individual programmes, such as the Friday programme Bujhau Na, are announced on the site, but a full schedule and details of the music content are not published on the pages we could read.

As a government-run public broadcaster, its editorial line reflects the state's public service role. The online stream is MP3. Expect Nepali-language news, information and cultural programming rather than a single music genre. Note that the stream was not reachable from our monitoring network at the time of the last check.
