Rádio Devín

Rádio Devín is the Slovak public radio station for classical music and culture. It plays classical and art music, and it also carries cultural programmes, music features, literary and arts coverage and concert broadcasts.

The station is part of Slovak public broadcasting. It was run by Radio and Television of Slovakia (RTVS) until that organisation was dissolved on 1 July 2024 and replaced by Slovak Television and Radio (STVR). It is one of the national services alongside Rádio Slovensko, Rádio Regina and Rádio Litera. Programming is in Slovak and is aimed at listeners with an interest in classical music and the arts.

Listeners can expect a thoughtful, calm programme that mixes recorded music with talk about composers, performers and cultural events. The online stream is a 128 kbps MP3 Icecast feed, which has been checked and plays correctly. Programme schedules are published on the station's homepage. Because the stream is a plain stereo MP3 feed, it works well on mobile connections and in the background while you work.
