Urban Hit Afro

Urban Hit Afro is the Afro-focused webradio of Urban Hit, a French station devoted to urban culture and music. The channel plays Afrobeats, Afropop, Afro-trap, hip hop and R&B from Africa and its diaspora, the sounds that are popular with young listeners in France and across the continent.

Urban Hit presents itself as covering all urban cultures and musics, and alongside its main live programme it offers a range of themed webradios, of which Afro is one. The station is French and its presentation is in French; the owner and operator are not stated on the pages consulted, so none is given here. Because the music is urban, some tracks may contain explicit language.

Expect a confident, danceable and upbeat mix of current hits and favourites, running around the clock. The stream is delivered as MP3 at 128 kbps, a standard quality that sounds clear on most devices and keeps data use moderate. It plays in your browser on RadioKite without installation, and you can add it to your favourites.
