MegaStar FM

MegaStar FM is a Spanish national music radio station that plays current pop and dance hits, Latin pop and electronic tracks, and reggaeton. Its branding is built around the idea of hit songs only, and the output is a continuous flow of chart-oriented music with presenters, music news and artist interviews between the songs.

The station belongs to Grupo COPE, the Spanish media group behind Cadena COPE, Cadena 100 and Rock FM, and it is based in Madrid. It began broadcasting in 2013 and is aimed mainly at a young audience, roughly listeners between 14 and 35 years old. It is broadcast on FM in several Spanish cities as well as on digital platforms and an official app. The language of the presenters and promotions is Spanish, while many of the songs are in English or Spanish.
