Radio Uppsala

Radio Uppsala is a local web radio station serving Uppsala and the surrounding Uppland region in Sweden. Its website offers live listening in a web player alongside local news, music, podcasts and event tips for Uppsala. The stream metadata lists the music as pop, rock, alternative and country, and the spoken language is Swedish.

The site's footer credits Media Rosenqvist, the company whose radio platform also hosts the stream, although the page does not explicitly say who owns the station. The news section links to local headlines, including articles from Sveriges Radio P4 Uppland, and the podcasts section carries locally produced programmes.

The audio is a continuous 192 kbps stereo MP3 stream that works in the website player and in any application that supports internet radio. Listeners can expect a steady flow of pop and rock with some alternative and country, combined with a local Uppsala angle in news and events.
