Radio Record Lo-Fi

Radio Record Lo-Fi is a themed channel of the Russian online station Radio Record, dedicated to lo-fi music. It plays relaxed, mellow beats in the lo-fi and chillhop style, the kind of unobtrusive background music that suits studying, working or unwinding. The stream is labelled Lo-Fi by the station itself.

Radio Record is best known as a Russian electronic dance music brand, and its website, radiorecord.ru, offers a large set of genre channels alongside podcasts and shows about electronic music. Lo-Fi is one of those channels, so it sits next to far more energetic dance formats under the same name. The website and presenters are Russian-language, while the music on this channel is largely instrumental or sung in English. The station's website does not publish detailed ownership information beyond its Radio Record copyright notice.

Listeners can expect a continuous, calm flow of beats with little talk. The stream is delivered over HTTPS as AAC audio at roughly 96 kbps in stereo, which works well on mobile devices and in browsers.
