iHeartDance Australia

iHeartDance Australia is a digital radio station from ARN, the Australian radio group behind the iHeartRadio platform in Australia. It plays electronic dance music, aimed mainly at younger listeners who want a continuous mix of current dance hits, club anthems and throwbacks.

The station is part of ARN's push into genre-focused digital stations that stream through the iHeart app and website. ARN has also launched a dance station under the KIIS brand called KIIS Dance, so the branding of this service may change; this entry reflects the name under which the stream is listed. Programming is in English with a focus on continuous music rather than talk, which makes it a good fit for workouts, parties or background listening.

This stream is delivered over HTTPS in AAC+ format at a low bitrate of about 48 kbps, mono, which keeps data use small and makes it suitable for mobile connections and slower networks.
