Radio Megamix 80

Radio Megamix 80 is an Italian web radio dedicated to the music of the 1980s. Its stream plays a continuous run of 80s hits, with some 70s pop mixed in, and the station's website presents it as an ad-free service ("senza pubblicità").

The station is based in Italy and its website is written in Italian, while the songs it plays are largely international pop hits of the era, so listeners will hear a mix of English-language and Italian material. Details about the owner or the people running the station are not published on its website.

Expect a nostalgic, easy-to-follow music stream built around well-known chart songs, with little talk between tracks. It suits anyone who wants a background soundtrack of 80s pop, dance and hits. The stream is delivered over HTTPS as MP3 at 192 kbps in stereo, which gives good audio quality for a web radio and should work in any standard player or browser.
