La Mega 105.7

La Mega 105.7 is a Spanish-language radio station serving the Philadelphia area. It is built around WEMG, a 1310 AM station licensed to Camden, New Jersey, which is also heard on the 105.7 FM translator that gives the brand its name. The station plays Latin pop and current Spanish-language hits aimed at the region's Hispanic community.

WEMG began in 1924 under different call letters and has carried its current call sign since 2001. Besides music, the station has aired Spanish-language talk and brokered programming, mostly on weekends, and Spanish play-by-play of Philadelphia Eagles games. Wikipedia lists the owner as Mega-Philadelphia, LLC. Ownership details have changed over the years, so check the station's own site for current information.

Listeners can expect Spanish-language hosts and a pop-leaning Latin music mix. The online stream is delivered as low-bitrate AAC+ audio at about 32 kbps, which keeps it usable on slow connections. The station's website is lamega1057.com.
