ROCK FM

ROCK FM is a German rock radio station that plays classic and contemporary rock. Its tagline is Lauter. Rock. Legenden., and the music runs from classic rock acts to hard rock, grunge, alternative and indie rock, along with newer modern rock.

The brand belongs to Audiotainment Südwest GmbH & Co. KG, the company behind the Regenbogen stations in south-west Germany, and the stream address reflects that connection. The programme is presented in German and includes news, sport, traffic, weather and features alongside the music. The station website also offers several themed streams, including classic rock, metal, alternative and decade-based channels, which are separate from this main stream.

Listeners can expect guitar-driven music from famous bands and current acts, mixed with brief German-language presenter segments. This stream is delivered as MP3 at 128 kbps over HTTPS and plays in any browser or radio app. It is a good choice for anyone looking for a broad rock mix instead of one narrow sub-genre.
