Radio Record Workout

Radio Record Workout is an online channel of the Russian station Radio Record that provides high-energy dance music for exercise. It plays fast, rhythmic electronic and dance tracks intended to keep a steady pace during training, running or gym sessions.

Radio Record began broadcasting in Saint Petersburg in 1995 and is best known for electronic dance music. In addition to its main programme it runs many genre and mood-based web channels, and Workout is one of them. The station is based in Russia and its website and announcements are in Russian, while the music is mostly international.

Expect a continuous stream of upbeat tracks with little talk. It suits gym sessions, home workouts, cardio and running, where a steady tempo and constant energy matter more than variety or commentary. The stream is delivered over HTTPS as AAC audio at about 96 kbit/s in stereo. The station does not publish a detailed playlist or presenter list for this channel, so the exact selection varies.
