Jurnal FM

Jurnal FM is a Moldovan radio station based in Chișinău that combines contemporary pop hits with news, entertainment and talk programmes. Its music is a mix of Moldovan and Romanian tracks alongside international hits, and the news and talk content is mostly in Romanian, with some Russian.

The station began as an internet radio in 2009 and has broadcast on FM since December 2010, with its main frequency at 100.1 MHz in Chișinău. It replaced the older Radio Sănătatea frequency. Jurnal FM belongs to the Jurnal Trust Media group, which also operates the television channel Jurnal TV, the newspaper Jurnal de Chișinău and the magazine ECOnomist.

Listeners can expect a daytime mix of hit music, news bulletins, current-affairs discussion and entertainment shows aimed at a general adult audience across Moldova and the Romanian-speaking diaspora. The online stream carries the same programme as AAC+ at about 96 kbps in stereo, so it plays in any modern browser or player.
