Melody FM

Melody FM is an online station from Malaysia playing classical music. The programme offers a continuous stream of orchestral works, chamber music, piano pieces and well-known classical favourites, intended as calm and elegant listening for study, work, relaxation and quiet evenings. The selection is likely to include the standard repertoire from the Baroque to the Romantic periods, together with lighter orchestral pieces that are easy to enjoy even for those who are new to classical music.

As an internet station from Malaysia, Melody FM has a place in a media landscape where most radio is in Malay, English, Chinese and Tamil and focused on pop and talk, and it gives classical enthusiasts a dedicated source of music without the need to build playlists. The programming is simple and music-led, with very little talk, and it can be heard anywhere in the world. The feed does not declare a fixed codec or bitrate and quality may vary, but it plays in your browser on RadioKite without any installation. If it matches your taste, add it to your favourites to find it quickly on any device where you are signed in, and enjoy a quiet, refined background whenever you need it.
