Megazone South

Megazone South is an online radio station that streams Tamil-language programming. The stream identifies itself as Megazone South and is delivered as a 128 kbps stereo MP3 over HTTPS, so it plays in any browser or standard audio player.

The station belongs to the Megazone group of digital stations, which lists Megazone South among its stations on its website, app.megazone.fm. Radio directories place the station in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, aimed at the Tamil-speaking community, which is why the country has been corrected from India. The same group also runs Mirchi SA, a station focused on Indian music for South African audiences. The group's site gives no further details about this particular station, and its owner and exact programme schedule are not published on the pages we could read.

Listeners can expect a continuous stream of Tamil-language content aimed at the South Indian diaspora. Because no detailed programme information is available, the specific mix of film music, talk and presenter-led shows is not documented here.
