Radio Life & Style 88FM

Radio Life & Style 88FM is a South African local radio station serving Ballito and the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast. It is the broadcast arm of the Life & Style media brand, which was established in 2004 by former 5FM presenter and television producer Dave Charles and his wife Sue. The station broadcasts on 88 FM and also streams online.

The programme is presented in English and is built around daytime shows, including a morning show, a mid-day show hosted by Dave Charles and an afternoon show, according to the station website. The exact music format is not described in detail there, but the catalogue tags it as classic hits and contemporary music, with a focus on hits from the 80s and 90s.

Listeners can expect friendly local presentation with a mix of familiar songs, suited to coastal residents and visitors. The online stream is delivered as an HLS playlist through the iono.fm platform, which adapts to the listener's connection. Further details about schedules and presenters are available on the station's website.
