Omega Stereo

Omega Stereo is a Spanish-language radio station from Panama that broadcasts on 107.3 FM from Panama City. It combines music from the 1980s and 1990s and current hits with news coverage and commentary, giving it a mixed music-and-talk character.

According to its website, the station has been on the air for more than four decades and has its office in the El Cangrejo district of Panama City. Besides 107.3 FM, which covers Panama, Colón, Kuna Yala, Darién and the beaches, it lists 107.5 FM for the provinces of Coclé, Herrera, Los Santos and Veraguas, and 97.5 FM for Chiriquí and Bocas del Toro. The website does not say who owns the station. Its programming includes the commentary series En Perspectiva, plus Hit Parade and Infoanálisis.

Listeners can expect Spanish-language rock and pop favourites from past decades mixed with national and international news analysis. The online stream is delivered as AAC at roughly 96 kbit/s stereo.
