0R Bach Classical

0R Bach Classical is an internet radio channel devoted to the music of Johann Sebastian Bach and the Baroque tradition around it. The programme is music-only and instrumental, drawing on orchestral works, chamber music, keyboard pieces, solo instruments and sacred repertoire, with the focus kept on Bach.

The channel is one of a family of themed online music channels under the 0nlineradio name, streamed from servers in Germany. Operator details beyond that are not published on the stream itself, and the exact playlist is chosen by the operator, so specific works or recordings cannot be promised. Since the music is instrumental, language matters little, though the station metadata is in English and German.

Listeners can expect long stretches of calm, focused listening that suits study, work or quiet evenings, with little interruption from talk. The stream is delivered over HTTPS as MP3 at 192 kbps in stereo, which gives good quality for classical material and plays in practically any browser, phone app or smart speaker.
