Nostalgie

Nostalgie is a French radio brand devoted to hits of past decades. This is its high-quality stream. The music is mostly French chanson, pop and rock from the 1960s to the 1990s, with the 1980s as the largest share, together with international hits from the same period. Hosts add short news bulletins and light conversation between songs.

Nostalgie was launched in Lyon in 1983 and now belongs to the NRJ Group, which also operates NRJ, Chérie FM and Rire & Chansons. It targets adult listeners who want familiar songs from their younger years. The language of presentation is French. As a commercial service, it carries advertising and promotional messages between programmes.

On RadioKite this feed is an AAC stream at about 320 kbps, a very high bitrate that gives music a full and detailed sound on good headphones or speakers, though it uses more data than a typical stream. It plays in your browser without installation, and you can add it to your favourites.
