Le Bon Mix

Le Bon Mix is a French web radio with an eclectic mix of electro, jazz, pop, rock and world music, here in a lossless version. The programme is built from curated sets that move between styles and moods, with a taste for the unexpected and a focus on audio quality, so that the music sounds as close as possible to the original recordings. The mood is varied, sophisticated and open-minded.

France has a large and varied radio landscape, from the public networks of Radio France to national commercial brands and many independent web stations, and French-language radio is a rich source of listening practice for learners and a link with home for French speakers abroad. The lossless stream uses much more data than the standard streams and is intended for good headphones and a fast, unmetered connection. Some browsers and older devices may not play it, and the listing does not declare the exact bitrate. The announcements are in French and kept brief. The station information does not declare the codec or bitrate of this feed, so the sound quality may vary with the source and your connection. It plays in your browser on RadioKite without installation, and you can add it to your favourites.
