Galaxie Belgium

Galaxie Belgium is an internet radio station associated with Belgium, with a programme of popular music. The listing offers few details, but the name and web address suggest a station with a space-themed identity that plays dance and pop favourites for a broad audience, with brief presentation in French or Dutch and international songs in English. The mood is cheerful and uncomplicated, designed as a companion for work, driving and the home.

Belgium has a lively mix of public, commercial and independent radio, and internet stations like this one offer a flexible way to reach listeners without the cost of an FM licence. The online stream makes it possible for people who have left the country to follow the music of home, and for fans of Belgian dance culture to hear a local flavour. The station does not publish a detailed profile, so the schedule and selection may vary over time, and listeners should expect a small-scale service. The stream is delivered as MP3, but the station information does not state the bitrate, so the sound quality may vary with the connection. It plays in your browser on RadioKite without installation, and you can add it to your favourites.
