Radio Record Dream Pop

Radio Record Dream Pop is one of the themed online channels of Radio Record, a Russian radio brand known for electronic and dance music. This channel focuses on dream pop: soft, atmospheric and melodic pop with airy vocals and a relaxed, floating mood.

Radio Record has been broadcasting under that name since 1997 according to its website, which is in Russian and offers dozens of genre channels, podcasts, charts and mobile apps. The station owner is not named on the homepage. The stream announces itself as Record Dream Pop and lists its genre as dance, so expect a mix of dreamy, electronic-tinged pop rather than strictly guitar-based dream pop. Vocals are mostly in English, while the brand itself addresses listeners in Russian.

The stream is delivered over HTTPS as AAC at roughly 96 kbps, stereo, 44.1 kHz. It runs continuously with no need to register. It suits quiet background listening, studying or unwinding, and is a good pick for anyone who likes the gentler, more melodic side of pop and electronic music. Track information and the other Radio Record channels can be found on the official website.
