Radio Record Rap Classics

Radio Record Rap Classics is an online channel of the Russian station Radio Record dedicated to classic hip hop and rap. It plays well-known tracks from the genre's golden years alongside later staples, mostly in English, and is aimed at listeners who want a continuous stream of rap without a talk-heavy format.

Radio Record is one of Russia's best-known dance music broadcasters. It first went on air in Saint Petersburg in August 1995 and built its name on electronic dance music. Besides the main FM and online programme, it runs a large set of genre-specific web channels, and Rap Classics is one of them. The service is operated by Radio Record from Russia, and the station's own branding and announcements are in Russian.

Expect a steady rotation of rap and hip hop tracks with minimal interruption. The stream is delivered over HTTPS as AAC audio at about 96 kbit/s stereo, which suits mobile and desktop listening alike. Detailed playlist or presenter information for this channel is not published on the station's site.
