LagosJump Radio

LagosJump Radio is an online radio station dedicated to Afrobeats. It plays a continuous mix of Afrobeats, Afropop, Afro-fusion, Amapiano and Alte, and runs round the clock through a website player and a mobile app.

The station is operated by LagosJump Radio Limited, with a Lagos, Nigeria address listed on its website. Its output is also aimed at a UK audience, and it presents itself as LagosJump Radio UK serving the West Midlands and Warwickshire. A stated aim is to showcase Afrobeats-related music and to promote local businesses. The website also carries artist news and features, song submissions, listener dedications and event hire. The website does not state which languages are broadcast; the station itself is presented in English.

Listeners can expect a modern, upbeat selection of African pop and dance music, along with scheduled shows by genre such as Afro pop, Afro fusion and Afropiano. The stream is a 192 kbps stereo MP3 feed, which makes it suitable for most devices and connections, and it is available at any hour of the day.
