98.8 KISS FM Event

98.8 KISS FM Event is an additional online stream of KISS FM, a Berlin radio station that calls itself the home of hip hop and R'n'B. The main station is received on FM and DAB+ in and around Berlin and Hamburg, and focuses on German rap, old school hip hop, R'n'B and related urban music.

This event channel is used for special themed programming rather than a fixed playlist. At the time of checking it identified itself as KissFM EVENT with an Italian beats theme, and the station has also run takeovers by artists, for example rappers Capital Bra and Samra, who presented an evening programme without moderators. The content on this feed therefore changes with the current event.

The station broadcasts mainly in German. The stream is a 128 kbps MP3 feed. The station's website does not state its ownership on the page consulted, so that detail is omitted here.
