106.1 CHEZ

106.1 CHEZ is a rock radio station in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, owned by Rogers Sports & Media. It is known for a guitar-driven format built around classic rock and hard rock, and it promotes itself as the capital's rock station, a nod to Ottawa's role as Canada's capital.

The station broadcasts in English and serves the Ottawa area on FM, while this online feed carries the same programming for listeners elsewhere. The playlist centres on rock staples from the 1970s, 80s and 90s, with presenter segments, news and local community information between songs.

The stream is delivered as an HLS feed with AAC audio at roughly 48 kbps, which suits mobile and low bandwidth connections. Listeners who want more detail, schedules or contest information can visit the station's website, which is operated by Rogers. Detailed show listings and presenter line-ups change over time, so the website is the best place to check what is currently on air, and the stream itself simply carries whatever the station is broadcasting live.
