Crucial Hip Hop & Electro

Crucial Hip Hop & Electro is a 24/7 channel of old school hip hop and electro, part of the Street Sounds Radio family of online stations. The music centres on classic hip hop and the electronic, beat-driven electro sound that grew alongside it.

Street Sounds Radio is a UK-oriented network whose wider line-up covers soul, funk, jazz-funk, boogie, disco, rare groove, R&B and soulful house. Crucial is the channel for listeners who want the hip hop and electro side of that catalogue. The station presents itself in English, and the owner and exact location are not published on the website, which only carries a Street Sounds Radio copyright notice.

Expect a continuous music stream rather than talk programming, aimed at fans of vintage hip hop and electro. The station is available through the Street Sounds Radio website and app. This stream is delivered as 128 kbps MP3, so it plays in practically any browser or device.
