BigCityBeats.FM

BigCityBeats.FM is the web radio of the BigCityBeats brand, a Frankfurt-based electronic dance music company known for the World Club Dome festival. The channel is presented as a home for DJ sets, festival live streams and club-oriented dance and EDM music.

BigCityBeats began as a radio project in 2004 and later grew into a wider brand with events, a magazine and a record label. The radio channel has been distributed through the rautemusik (rm.fm) network, a German internet radio broadcaster. The audience is mainly German-speaking, while most of the music is international and sung in English or instrumental.

Note on the stream: when checked today, the stream URL listed here connected and played audio correctly (MP3, 192 kbit/s, stereo over HTTPS), but its metadata identified the feed as the rautemusik ChartHits channel, which carries pop, electronic and black music charts. It is therefore possible that the dedicated BigCityBeats feed is currently not on this address. Listeners should expect dance and chart-oriented electronic music, and live festival coverage only when it is actually scheduled.
