60s Forever

60s Forever is an Indian internet station in Hindi playing the film songs of the 1960s. The programme revisits the golden age of Bollywood melody, with the great playback singers and orchestral arrangements of the decade. The mood is romantic and nostalgic. The stream runs around the clock, so there is always something to hear whatever the hour.

India has one of the largest radio audiences in the world, with public All India Radio, private FM networks and many internet stations, and online streams let Indians abroad keep in touch with the music of home. The station is an independent online service, and the details of its operators and schedule are not fully published, so the programme may vary. The stream is delivered as MP3 at 128 kbps, a standard quality that sounds clear on most devices and keeps data use moderate. It plays in your browser on RadioKite without installation, and you can add it to your favourites.
