Frisky Radio

Frisky Radio is an internet radio station playing electronic dance music, with progressive house, house, trance and techno. The programme is built from DJ sets, live mixes and curated shows by producers from around the world, with melodic and driving tracks that are popular in the progressive and trance communities. The sound is polished, atmospheric and energetic, ideal for exercise, work, driving and nights at home.

Frisky Radio started as an independent web radio and has grown into an international platform for dance music, with regular shows by well-known DJs and a loyal community of listeners. It operates several channels devoted to different styles, and the main stream offers a broad view of the scene. The announcements are in English and brief, and the music is mostly instrumental, so the station can be enjoyed in any country. As an independent service, it may carry sponsor messages. The stream is delivered as MP3 at 96 kbps, which provides a good sound at a moderate bitrate and keeps data use modest, although high-end listening may benefit from a higher-quality option. It plays in your browser on RadioKite without installation, and you can add it to your favourites.
